How your details are used

When you request access, we keep your name and email address only to contact you about coaching and, if you are invited, to set up your account. We do not use them for marketing and we do not share them.

If you are not invited, you can ask us to delete the request at any time by replying to any message from the practice.

If you use voice in the coach, your recording is turned into text by a speech service (ElevenLabs), and the coach's replies can be read aloud by the same service. We do not keep the recordings. What you said stays in your conversation as text, like anything you type.

This interim notice will be replaced by the full privacy notice once it has been signed off.
